A bed on which Dr. Ambedkar breathed his last

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, a prominent leader, scholar, and architect of the Indian Constitution, passed away on December 6, 1956. He died in his home at 26, Alipur Road, in Delhi. The bed on which he breathed his last is of significant historical importance. It is now preserved as part of the Dr. Ambedkar Memorial at the Dr. Ambedkar National Memorial in Delhi.
